Tasting Charles Ellner ’s champagne is always a
wonderful moment. When storing your champagne,
keep the bottle away from light and at a constant
temperature of about 9 to 13°C.

HOW TO SERVE YOUR CHAMPAGNE

Pour fresh, but never chilled (about 8°C)
in a champagne tulip shape flute. When it comes to
pairing your wine and food, one essential rule
prevails “enjoy”.
