From the wine-press to the bottle, the "Cuvées" are meticulously tended for many years. The work is carried out in our cellars which are of traditional design. The temperature in the cellars is maintained at a constant level by natural processes and is a vital aid to the patient work of the winemaker. |

In our 13,000 hectolitre-capacity vathouse, which is equipped with stainless steel vats, the juice undergoes the first fermentation under the eagle eye of the oenologist. Hygiene and modern equipment go hand in hand in the blending of our wines. |

The cellars comprise 2 kilometers of galleries and contain a permanent stock of between 2,500,000 and 3,000,000 bottles. |
The annual sales exceed 1,000,000 bottles of which 60 % are exported, particulary to E.E.C countries.
