This is a natural product made from the must of black grapes grown in Champagne. Before fermentation, a quantity of superior quality brandy is added to the must. This wine has a soft, velvety flavour and must be served chilled.

VIEILLE FINE DE
LA MARNE (40 %)

This is a brandy made from wines produced in the Marne and matured in casks in the traditional manner. A brandy with body but which is full of delicacy.

VIEUX MARC DE
CHAMPAGNE (40 %)

Made from "marc" (the left-over skins of the grapes after they have been pressed), this is a traditional brandy with a very distinctive flavour combining strength and finesse.
